  • Once an order is placed, it is automatically transmitted to third-party suppliers via AutoDS for processing and dispatch.
  • We do not physically stock or handle products.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

While we monitor order flow, we do not have direct control over supplier handling times or dispatch operations.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from third-party suppliers to customers.

  • Estimated delivery times: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on destination and supplier.
